Registration Fee (non-refundable)
A non-refundable registration fee of $80 ($150 per family) is due when you register your child.   If your child does not start on the agreed starting date, your space will be forfeited to another child.

Payments

Preschool Program 

1. Our tuition is based on the full Preschool Program. (Sept to May)
2. Tuition payments may be made as follows.
   1. You may pay for the entire program in advance
   2. You may pay 1/2 and 1/2 (1st payment due in Aug - 2nd due in January)
   3. Monthly - all tuition is paid one month in advance. If payment is not received by the 15th of the month then you will be charged $30 to your account.

Preschool Program with Extended Care

1. Weekly tuition payments may be made as follows
   1. Weekly payments - are due by on the first day of attendance each week
   2. Bi-weekly - you may pay for more than one week at a time. A bi-weekly amount is due on or before the first day of the period for which you are paying. Please see the director if you wish to establish a bi-weekly account.
   3. Monthly – if you wish to pay for the entire month, the amount is due on or before the first day for which you are paying. Please see the director if you wish to establish a monthly account.    

**We accept cash, check, money order, or credit card* (VISA, MASTER CARD, and DISCOVER).

Card Authorization is available for repeated charges. Forms are available here.

If you are making a cash payment, please see someone at the front desk to receive a written receipt for your payment.

All contracted tuition is based on a full day. Tuition will not be reduced for partial attendance.

For security reasons, we request that all payments be made to Mt. Airy Daycare and Learning Center and be placed in the tuition box located on the wall in the main reception area. Do not leave your payment in your child’s lunchbox or cubby.

Write your child’s name on the tuition payment in order for us to credit the proper account.

Please note that All tuition is due regardless of holidays, vacation, absence for whatever reason for any length of time, illness, inclement weather, government shutdowns, and national/state emergency.

Our tuition will increase annually. Our increase will occur at the start of the school year (September).
