How to Enroll Your Child

If you have any questions, please feel free to contact the center for assistance. We look forward to meeting you and your child.


Application Procedure

  1. Schedule an interview and tour for you and your child with our center Director.
  2. Fill out the Registration Form and look over our Parent Handbook

Enrollment Procedure

  1. Please fill out and return our registration form along with a non-refundable registration fee. The registration fee is the only way to secure a space for your child. Checks should be made payable to Mt. Airy Daycare Center.
  2. Once we receive a registration form and registration fee for each child, we will provide you with our enrollment packet which includes a Parent Handbook and necessary enrollment forms.
  3. If possible we would like for you to have a parent and student orientation prior to your child’s first day of school. This will give you an opportunity for you to meet the teachers and your child to feel more comfortable in a new setting
  4. Prior to your child’s first day with Mt. Airy Daycare and Learning Center, the required forms must be returned or your child will not be permitted to attend on the desired start date.

Confidentiality of records: children’s records are open only to the child’s teacher, the director, authorized employees of our licensing agency, and the child’s parent/legal guardian.
