Summer Camp for All Ages (Preschool- School Age)

We have several exciting summer camp options for you and your child. The summer will be jam-packed with exciting activities for children ages Preschool-5th Grade.  

The weekly themes are listed below:

Week 1: June 10-14

Under the Big Top

We will kick off our summer camp with Mike the Magician visiting us this week!  Lots of cooking projects, exploding experiments and delicious treats!

 

 Week 2: June 17-21

Pirates and Princesses

Who doesn't love a treasure hunt?  We will dress up and pretend in dramatic play.  We will build castles and walk the plank!

 

Week 3:  June 24-28

Under the Sea

Let’s learn all about SHARKS!  Children will have fun in the sun as they learn about sharks and shark life.  We will visit the Aquarium with a virtual field trip and explore sea shells at the science table.

 

Week 4: July 8-12

It's a Bugs Life

Let’s go camping under the stars!  We will make smores, have an outdoor picnic and sign songs around the campfire.  

 

 Week 5: July 15-19

Dinosaur Week

Have you ever danced the dinosaur stomp?  This week we will go back in history and learn all about volcanos and have lots of scientific investigations!

 

 Week 6: July 22-26

Out of This World 

This week will truly be OUT OF THIS WORLD!  We will play games outside, as well as enjoy lots of sensory experiences in the sensory bin!  Eric Energy will also visit us this week.

 

Week 7: July 29-August 2

Summer Olympics

We will have a bike day this week, and campers may bring a wheeled scooter or bike that day.  We will play lots of games where following directions and listening skills will be reinforced.  We will visit Tri-Star Martial Arts for a field trip!

 

Week 8: August 5-9

Water, Water Everywhere

We will have a WATER DAY!  We will explore popsicles and have a special snack!  We will explore sink or float experiments.

 

SUMMER CAMP (9-1)

We will be offering 8 weeks of Summer Camp starting June 10.  The hours will be 9-1.  Children should be 3 by September 1, 2024, will need to bring a lunch and MUST be potty trained.  

The teachers are busy planning lots of fun experiences for the children. 

 

PRESCHOOL 2's CAMP (9-1)

Children MUST be 2 years old by June 10, 2024, however, they do not need to be potty trained.   This class will follow the same themes as the Summer Camp.  It will be a smaller class, as well as age appropriate for the 2 year olds.

 

EXTENDED DAY CAMP:

Our Extended Day Camp will be held 7:30 am- 5:30 pm Monday-Friday for registered children.  This is for our Preschool children, Kindergarteners, and rising first graders.  The cost for the Extended Day Camp is $290 per week.  We will follow the same themes as above.

 

SCHOOL AGE SUMMER CAMP:  

We have limited openings for our School Age Program.  Our rising 2nd-5th graders have TONS of fun field trips planned.  In June, we are headed to South Mountain Creamery, an Aquarium, Roller Skating, Krimgold Park, and Larriland Farm, just to name a few places.  We will also be going to Nottingham Pool every week of the summer.  Our School Age program will run 7:30 am- 5:30 pm Monday- Friday.  Tuition is $290 per week.  This includes all of our excursions and in-house events!

 

GENERAL INFORMATION

The registration form will be a google form just like our regular registration. 

Attendance is flexible for the Summer Camp and School Agers. You can choose one week, two weeks, or all 8!  Our Extended Camp and School Age classrooms are open ALL summer, with the exception of July 4-5 and August 26.

Completed and up to date forms, these include the Health Inventory, Emergency Card and Allergy Form (if needed) are required in the office at least a week before your child starts.

We will need Emergency Forms updated after June 1, 2024 for our current families.   Please see the front office to do so.

NOTE: In the event of insufficient enrollment, parents will be notified of class cancelation two weeks prior to the first class.  Fees for the class will be refunded.  This does include the $50 reservation fee.

All our campers will be able to have fun with our age-appropriate programs in athletics, nature, technology, bike days, Multicultural, literature, activity clubs, and the arts. Through the combination of these varied activities, campers of all ages will maximize their summertime fun while maintaining a recreational balance. At our Summer Camp, we will have several exciting field trips (School Age) and on-site events each week.
